Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please contact TrueComply promptly if you need to cancel a request or believe a payment was duplicated.

Booking amount

The ₹99 booking amount is adjusted against the final professional fee when the service proceeds. A cancellation request made before scope review or substantive work begins may be considered for refund after deducting any non-recoverable payment-provider charge.

After work begins

Once consultation, document review, preparation, filing or another substantive service step has begun, fees relating to completed work are generally not refundable. Any refundable balance is assessed from the work completed and costs already incurred.

Government and third-party fees

Government fees, stamp duty, certification charges and other third-party costs are refundable only if the relevant authority or provider returns them to TrueComply.

Failed or duplicate payments

If money is debited but the order remains unpaid, do not immediately pay again. Contact us with the order number. Duplicate successful payments will be reviewed and the duplicate amount returned to the original payment method where confirmed.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method. The time taken for credit depends on the payment provider and the customer’s bank.
